Company Journey
In 2002, we received our maiden certifications from the Nigeria Industrial Standard (NIS) and the Standards Organization of Nigeria (SON). This recognition affirmed our dedication to quality, safety, and compliance in cable manufacturing.
In 1975, we were incorporated with the principal operation of manufacturing wires. This foundation laid the groundwork for our journey to becoming a leading name in the cable and wire industry.

In 2009, we commissioned the largest cable manufacturing factory in West Africa at Arepo, Ogun State, with an installed capacity to process 8,000 metric tons of Copper and 4,000 metric tons of Aluminum annually. This milestone reinforced our commitment to meeting the region’s growing demand for world-class cable solutions.



In 2014, we commissioned the Sagamu Plant, the only medium voltage XLPE cable plant in West Africa and the 5th in Africa. This achievement positioned us as a regional leader in advanced cable manufacturing and strengthened our role in driving industrial growth across the continent.



we commenced a 25,000-ton factory in Sagamu to manufacture 36KV low – high voltage Marine, Transmission, ACCC, GAP, and Power cables. This milestone marked a significant expansion in our capacity to drive Nigeria’s energy and infrastructure growth.


In October 2025, we would commission Phase II – Fibre Optic Plant Production in Sagamu with a 9 Million Fibre Count per KM capacity (180,000 cable km), the largest in Africa and the first FRP plant on the continent. This landmark achievement underscores our leadership in advancing Africa’s digital and connectivity infrastructure.
